We have arrived safe and sound to our first destination.
Turbulence on the plane was pretty bad and at one point we thought we’d ended up in Antarctica because the sea was frozen!

Temperatures in NYC are a bone chilling -2 degrees (unimpressed face), it’s pretty bloody cold!
In standard Nicole and Sarah style we’d only been in the country two minutes before they tried to deport Nicole… So now I’m alone in New York all on my own… Haha not really!
Customs officials in America are scaaaary! In fact everyone we’ve met in New York so far have been uber serious and mean. Apart from this one couple we met at a lift who were just mental. A guy was yelling at a woman about her wanting AIDs… We let them in the lift, ahead of us, and once the doors closed began laughing about how weird they were… It was quite embarrassing when the lift doors pinged back open and they were still there. Ooopsies!
So far it has been quite the experience. I even tries Oysters for the first time – nice!
Gotta go, stuff to do and all that.
